Charming 18th-century ballets choreographed by Mary Skeaping/Ivo Cramér, performed by the dance company Stockholm 59° North, featuring multiple generations of dancers from the Royal Swedish Ballet. In the pit: Ensemble Rebaroque, conducted by Maria Lindal.

Music by Georg Friedrich Händel (Il Pastor Fido) and Joseph Martin Kraus (Fiskarena).

The 1st of June at 16:00 – The Royal Swedish Ballets Friends Association has it’s yearly summer meeting at The Royal Theatre Confidencen out by Ulriksdals castle in Stockholm.
As Stockholm 59° North received their Award last year we are back this year to perform a short part from our new creation ISLE by Ksenia Svereva.

The 27th of April Stockholm 59°North goes to the city of Nyköping to celebrate the Day of Dance with the program RENTRÈ, the afternoon highlights the rich swedish dance heritage. 
The group performs a program exclusively with excerpts from or created for The Royal Swedish Ballet dancers and artists.
Choreographies from 1700’s century historic dances til’ todays creations of modern work and music by Cecare Bossi, Franz Berwald and Stefan Nilsson and others.
